Easy to learn, Meridian Tapping is a powerful means of clearing the emotional conflicts which create stress in our bodies and lives. Through combining focused thought with rhythmic fingertip pressure on acupuncture points, Meridian Tapping clears blocks in our energy pathways. These pathways, or meridians, were mapped over 2,500 years ago by Chinese acupunturists.
Learning Meridian Tapping in a group amplifies the energy available to each participant. This is true even if the issue which is front and center seems unrelated to your personal experience. If you already practice tapping on your own or with a practitioner, tapping in a workshop setting can significantly deepen your experience.
Lynne and Susan have studied consciousness dynamics and energy psychology for more than 25 combined years; in our experience Meridian Tapping is the most empowering of the energy therapies. It can be used anytime, anyplace, anywhere (with a touch of creativity!) for soothing the stress of public speaking to dealing more easily with physical and emotional pain.
